The subject is driving my vehicle (2005 Hyundai Sonata) with fake or switched plates that have no registration. THE PLATE 700 LXW LA IS UNREGISTERED. He said someone inside the courthouse got him the plates to get around the DMV, and he's threatened to damage my property.
