 THE SUBJECT IS DRIVING MY VEHICLE (MY CAR) WITH FAKE OR SWITCHED PLATES THAT HAVE NO REGISTRATION. THE PLATE AN UNREGISTERED PLATE IS UNREGISTERED. HE SAID SOMEONE INSIDE THE COURTHOUSE GOT HIM THE PLATES TO GET AROUND THE DMV, AND HE'S THREATENED TO DAMAGE MY PROPERTY.
