 The subject is driving my vehicle (1997 Hyundai Elantra) with fake or switched plates that have no registration. THE PLATE 026 BUL LA IS UNREGISTERED. He said someone inside the courthouse got him the plates to get around the DMV, and he's threatened to damage my property.
