 The subject is driving my vehicle (2018 Honda CR-V) with fake or switched plates that have no registration. THE PLATE 231 DHA MS IS UNREGISTERED. He said someone inside the courthouse got him the plates to get around the DMV, and he's threatened to damage my property.
